Happy Earth Day!
While it’s nice to have a day or a week to think about issues that affect the sustainability of our planet, we hope that special projects like the Equinox House become commonplace. That the design of a building or product goes beyond its intended purpose in the short term. What are the real costs associated with creating something? The capital cost of a building usually far outweighs any discussion, if any on the operational cost of a building over its lifetime.
